Shipping Time and Methods:

Shipping Time: 3-5 working days.
Note: All orders will have 1-2 working days to process before shipping.
Shipping Methods: SOPAT will ship your package by UPS

Shipping Costs & Sales TAX: 

• Free Tax & Free Standard Shipping on all items.
• Customs duties will be paid by us. Customers do not need to pay any additional taxes.

• We only ship to the USA
• P.O. Box or APO/FPO and International delivery are not available now.
• All SOPAT orders are shipped from the California warehouse in the USA.

Shipping Delays:

If you do not receive your package over 15 days of the ship date, please contact support and we will start an investigation with the shipper. This can take up to 10 days to complete. We understand this can frustrating, but once the investigation has been completed SOPAT will do our best to make this right.

Tracking Number:

The tracking number will be emailed to you.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 4 days after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information.

We will provide you the tracking number after the product is shipped. Please follow up on the tracking information and pick up the product in time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Returns & Refunds:

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for any reason.

Eg: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Who Pays The Return Shipping Costs:

1. SOPAT pays all return shipping costs if there is a product quality problem or a stain problem
2. Except for quality and stain problems, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.

Return Process:

. We will process the email within 24 hours and report the processing result;

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label(Include the return address), and instructions on how and where to send your package. You need to print out the return label and wait for the courier to pick it up.

When to Receive Refund:

You will receive the refund from us within 7 days when we receive the returned product. If you do not receive the refund within the deadline, please contact us via the customer service email: asjmr001@gmail.com

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.
• All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
