Return&Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we happily can provide a exchange or a refund for you.

 

Returns & Refunds:

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for any reason.

Eg: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Who Pays The Return Shipping Costs:

1. SOPAT pays all return shipping costs if there is a product quality problem or a stain problem
2. Except for quality and stain problems, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons.

Return Process:

Step 1: To start a return, you can contact us at asjmr001@gmail.com

. We will process the email within 24 hours and report the processing result;

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label(Include the return address), and instructions on how and where to send your package. You need to print out the return label and wait for the courier to pick it up.

When to Receive Refund:

You will receive the refund from us within 7 days when we receive the returned product. If you do not receive the refund within the deadline, please contact us via the customer service email: asjmr001@gmail.com

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Exchange:

If you choose to exchange the item, we will resend the replacement item within two days of receiving the returned package

Damaged or Defective Items:
